Cash Payment at Our Store

► Cash payment: Available when collecting your order in person from our physical store in Turnov. You can find the address in the “Contact” section. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; please ring the doorbell upon arrival.

Cash on Delivery

► Pay for your order when you receive your shipment.

Bank Transfer

► Pay for your order in advance based on a payment request we send you together with your order confirmation. Your goods will be shipped or prepared for collection once the items are in stock and the payment request has been paid.

► You can pay for your order using a unique QR code. All the necessary payment details are loaded from the QR code, so you only need to check and confirm the payment. This makes payment faster and helps prevent typing errors. This payment method is free of charge. All payment details are transferred securely, and Distribuce PZT, s.r.o., as the merchant, does not have access to them or store them anywhere.

► You can make a payment using an instant bank transfer from your bank account via online banking. This is an express bank transfer with all payment details pre-filled. You simply approve and authorize the payment. Fees for express payments are subject to your bank’s fee schedule. All payment details are transferred securely, and Distribuce PZT, s.r.o., as the merchant, does not have access to them or store them anywhere.

Apple Pay

► Pay conveniently from your digital wallet using an Apple device. All payment details are transferred securely, and Distribuce PZT, s.r.o., as the merchant, does not have access to them or store them anywhere.

Google Pay

► Pay using the Google Pay button. Simply sign in to your Google account. All payment details are transferred securely, and Distribuce PZT, s.r.o., as the merchant, does not have access to them or store them anywhere.

ComGate Payment

► Payment card, instant bank transfer, electronic wallet

► We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, V Pay, Maestro, and Edenred Benefits Cards.

Online Payments via ComGate: The ComGate payment gateway is a system developed for online stores. It provides simple, fast, and secure online payments. ComGate offers payment methods from most banks operating on the Czech market. The ComGate payment gateway operates under a license issued by the Czech National Bank for the provision of small-scale payment services and is subject to its regulatory oversight.

Payment Process: The money is transferred to the merchant’s account within a few minutes, allowing the merchant to ship the goods more quickly. Transaction security is guaranteed by your bank, as the payment is processed directly through your online banking. After logging into your online banking, you will be presented with a pre-filled payment order containing all the necessary payment details, which you simply confirm.

What to Do If You Experience Problems: In the order form, select payment by card. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to our processing bank, where you will be asked to enter your card details: card number, card expiry date, and CVV2/CVC2 – the last three digits printed on the signature strip of your card. You enter these details directly with the bank, which ensures that the data is transmitted in encrypted form. We only receive the authorization result, which allows us to process your order. This eliminates the possibility of your payment card being misused by the merchant from whom you are purchasing the goods, as well as the transmission of unprotected data over a public computer network.

If the bank does not confirm your card payment, this may be due to one of the following reasons: the card details were entered incorrectly; there are insufficient funds available on your card; you have reached your limit for online transactions; or your card cannot be used for online payments. In the latter case, please contact your bank and ask them to enable this type of transaction.

Payment Gateways: Benefity.cz, Benefit-plus.cz, MúzaPay and Pluxee.cz (Sodexo)

► After adding the last selected item to your cart, open the cart by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner.

You can then complete your order or continue shopping by clicking the “Back to Shopping” button.

► Enter your billing details and, if different from the billing address, your delivery address.

► Select your preferred shipping method (by clicking the PPL logo or store pickup) and then your payment method. Products are normally shipped via PPL. You can also collect your order FREE OF CHARGE from our physical store in Turnov.

► Select the appropriate payment method and you will be redirected to the payment gateway of the company you have selected. Enter the required details and complete your order.

► Completing your order is the final step. Please check that all the information is correct, confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click “Confirm Purchase.” Once submitted, your order will automatically be entered into our information system, and you will receive an automatically generated email containing confirmation of receipt and a copy of your order. If the order is not paid for, for any reason, you will receive another email informing you of this.

Payment by Paper Vouchers from Pluxee and Edenred

► Dárkový Pass, Flexi Pass, Vital Pass, Bonus Pass, Ticket Multi, Ticket Medica, and Ticket Compliments gift vouchers.

If you have any of these vouchers, please send them to us by registered mail as insured valuables after placing your order, for the full value of the order, to:

Any difference between the value of the vouchers and the total price of the goods including shipping must be paid by bank transfer.

Payment with an EDENRED e-Ticket

► After logging in to the EDENRED website, generate a six-digit code (e-Ticket) in favor of www.zdravotnicke-potreby.cz. Enter the code in the order notes or send it by email to info@zdravotnicke-potreby.cz together with the number of the order you wish to pay for using the e-Ticket.

Any outstanding balance – the difference between the value of the e-Ticket and the order total – should be transferred to our bank account using your order number as the variable symbol. If we are unable to validate the e-Ticket, we will contact you.

Gift Voucher

► Do you have a gift voucher intended for purchases in our store? When placing your order, select payment by bank transfer. In the order notes, state that you will be paying with a gift voucher and be sure to include the voucher code and its value.

If your order total exceeds the value of the voucher, you only need to pay the difference by bank transfer. A payment request will be sent to you by email.

FREE SHIPPING FOR STORE PICKUP

When collecting your order in person from our store, shipping is FREE OF CHARGE, regardless of the payment method.
