When a power outlet is not readily available, a power bank can extend the operating time of a phone and other portable electronics. They are suitable for travel, trips, holidays, camping and longer stays in nature, where charging options may be considerably limited.

Individual models are equipped with one or several solar panels and differ in capacity, number of outputs and additional features. Selected power banks offer wireless Qi charging, integrated charging cables, a flashlight or several USB ports for powering multiple devices.
