How to Shop

Selecting Products

► You can choose products in our online store in several ways.

One option is to browse the menu on the left-hand side of the page. The menu contains a complete overview of all categories. As you browse, more detailed subcategories will appear. Click on the category you are interested in to be redirected to the relevant list of products.

Another way to find a product is to use the search bar, located on the left-hand side of the page above the menu. Enter the name of the product you are looking for (or part of it), click the magnifying glass icon (Search), and the relevant products will be displayed. To view the product details, simply click on its name or image.

Adding Products to Your Cart

► For the selected product, choose the available variant (size, color, left/right, etc.), then select the quantity you wish to order and click the “Buy” or “Buy Variant” button.

Placing Your Order

► After adding the last selected item to your cart, open the cart by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner.

You can then complete your order or continue shopping by clicking the “Back to Shopping” button.

► Enter your billing details and, if different from the billing address, your delivery address.

Select your preferred shipping method (by clicking the PPL logo or store pickup) and then your payment method. Products are normally shipped via PPL. You can also collect your order FREE OF CHARGE from our physical store in Turnov.

► Completing your order is the final step. Please check that all the information is correct, confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click “Confirm Purchase.” Once submitted, your order will automatically be entered into our information system, and you will receive an automatically generated email containing confirmation of receipt and a copy of your order. If the order is not paid for, for any reason, you will receive another email informing you of this or you will be contacted by phone.
