Air Washers

Cleaning and humidifying in one.

Air washers combine two useful functions – they help capture impurities from the air while also naturally increasing its humidity. The drawn-in air passes through a water system, where some dust, pollen and other impurities are captured, and the humidified air is then returned to the room.

They are particularly suitable for households where not only dust is a problem, but also excessively dry air. This often occurs during the heating season and can cause unpleasant drying of the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Unlike conventional air purifiers, humidification is an important function of air washers alongside air purification.

A major advantage is the natural humidification principle using water, in which only as much moisture is released into the room as the air is able to absorb. Some models also offer automatic operation, power regulation or the ability to monitor the current humidity in the room.

Regular care of the water tank and parts that come into contact with water is important when using air washers. Proper maintenance contributes to hygienic operation and reliable functioning of the appliance.
