Payment with Employee Benefits

In our online store, you can pay for your order using employee benefits. We accept paper vouchers, e-Tickets and online payment gateways from the following benefit providers:

• Pluxee paper vouchers (Gift, Flexi, Vital, Bonus)
• Edenred paper vouchers (Multi, Medica, Compliments)
• Edenred e-Ticket
• Edenred Card
• Benefit Plus (please check our profile on the Benefit Plus website for the current list of eligible benefit categories)
• MúzaPay (by Benefit Plus)
• Pluxee
• Benefity.cz

How to Pay with Employee Benefits?

Payment with Pluxee and Edenred Paper Vouchers

After placing your order, please send paper vouchers covering the full order value by registered mail to:

If the value of your vouchers is lower than the total order amount (including shipping), please pay the remaining balance by bank transfer to:

CZK Account: 7771519179/2010
EUR Account: 777151959/2010

Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.

Once we receive your vouchers (and any outstanding balance), your order will be dispatched to the delivery address you provided at the earliest possible opportunity.

Payment with an Edenred e-Ticket

Log in to your Edenred account and generate a six-digit e-Ticket for our online store www.zdravotnicke-potreby.cz.

Enter the e-Ticket code in the order notes before submitting your order, or contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the payment.

If the value of your e-Ticket does not cover the full order amount, please transfer the remaining balance to our bank account 7771519179/2010, using your Order ID as the payment reference.

If we are unable to validate your e-Ticket, we will notify you.

Payment via the Benefit Plus and MúzaPay Payment Gateways

Add your selected products to the shopping cart, complete the checkout process, choose your preferred payment method and submit your order.

You will then be redirected to the payment gateway, where you will be guided through the payment process. Enter the required information and complete the payment.

If your available benefit balance does not cover the full order amount (including shipping), you will receive an email with instructions for paying the remaining balance by bank transfer.

Payment via the Pluxee Payment Gateway

The payment process is similar to the two methods described above. However, the Pluxee payment gateway does not support partial payments.

Therefore, the total value of your order (including shipping) must not exceed your available benefit balance.

If you would like to add additional products to your order while paying only one shipping charge and pay the remaining balance by bank transfer, please contact us before completing your order.

Payment via the Benefity.cz Payment Gateway

The payment process is the same as for the Benefit Plus payment gateway. Simply enter the required information and complete your order.
